2. Website information

Our website provides information about Enterprise Hub AI, including product descriptions, pricing, demonstrations, and examples.

Available capabilities depend on the supported integrations, configuration, deployment environment, and agreed scope. Website descriptions alone do not create a commitment to provide a particular feature, certification, service level, or delivery date.

The applicable written customer agreement governs purchased services and commitments.

3. Pricing and setup requests

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Software fees, installation services, and customer-paid infrastructure or AI usage are separate as described on the pricing page and in the applicable agreement.

Published installation ranges are estimates. A fixed quote and scope are confirmed before installation work begins.

Submitting a setup or contact request does not create a subscription, authorize a charge, begin installation, or guarantee acceptance.

The applicable customer agreement or order documents specify fees, payment schedules, subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and each party’s responsibilities.

Changes to website pricing do not automatically amend an existing customer agreement.

4. Demonstrations and evaluations

Demonstrations and evaluation materials help prospective customers assess the product.

Any pilot, customer deployment, processing of customer data, confidentiality obligation, support commitment, or security requirement must be addressed in the applicable written agreement.

5. Screenshots and examples

Screenshots, videos, sample cases, and other examples may contain synthetic or simplified information and may reflect a particular configuration.

They do not represent every available configuration or guarantee future functionality. Illustrative examples are not evidence of actual customer outcomes or promises of particular results.

6. Information you submit

Please provide accurate business contact information and a high-level description of your needs when using website forms.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, other secrets, payment-card details, regulated personal information, or confidential customer records through these forms.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information collected through the website and related business interactions.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, designs, and demonstration materials, belong to Enterprise Hub AI or the applicable licensors.

You may use these materials as permitted by law, these terms, or written permission. Access to the website does not grant a license to the Enterprise Hub AI software. Software licensing is addressed separately in the applicable customer agreement.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website or its availability.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or information without authorization.
• Conduct attacks or security testing without authorization.
• Submit malware or unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading material.
• Use the website to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

9. Third-party services

Our website and business processes may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, forms, scheduling, communications, payments, and electronic signatures.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Using a payment or signature service does not replace or modify the applicable customer agreement.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or practices.

10. Website availability and warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or suitability for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Warranties and service commitments for paid software or services are addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enterprise Hub AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to paid software or services is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

Updates to these website terms do not automatically amend an executed customer agreement.
