About Enterprise Hub AI
Work is connected. Its context should be too.
Enterprise Hub AI began with a frustration we kept encountering: understanding what needs to happen next often means piecing together information from several different systems.
An email holds part of the conversation. A project tracker shows the status. A document contains the requirements. Somewhere else, an approval is waiting or a dependency has changed.
The person doing the work has to connect those pieces before they can move forward. Leaders face the same challenge across teams and programs, often relying on updates that leave out the context behind them.
We wanted a clearer way to see the work and understand what it needs.
Our starting point
Why we’re building it
Our experience in product ownership and enterprise software delivery exposed the same problems repeatedly: scattered knowledge, manual handoffs, unclear ownership, and decisions waiting on information that was difficult to find.
Consolidating emails or tasks helps. But an email becomes more useful when you can see the related project, supporting documents, unresolved questions, and people involved.
That idea became the foundation for Enterprise Hub AI: bring relevant information together with the relationships that make it useful.
Our direction
From daily priorities to the bigger picture
We’re building toward one place where people can understand what needs their attention, what is blocking progress, and what they can do next—with the context to make an informed decision.
For the person doing the work
Clearer priorities and help moving work forward.
For leaders across teams
An understanding of how decisions, dependencies, and gaps across teams affect the larger picture.
AI assistance, suggestions, workflows, and agents belong within that context. Their value comes from helping people understand a situation and carry out appropriate next steps.
Foundational to how we build
Connected context, with clear boundaries
Bringing information together should preserve the boundaries around who can see and use it.
We’re building Enterprise Hub AI around permission-scoped context: helping people understand connected work through the sources and records they are authorized to access. That principle applies to individual priorities, AI assistance, and program-level views. An executive overview still needs to respect the permissions behind the information it presents.
Permission to read information is also separate from permission to act. Access to a document, conversation, or business record does not automatically authorize an agent to change it or send something on someone’s behalf.
These boundaries are foundational to how we build. Useful AI needs relevant context, clear authority, and an accountable record of what happened.
