Website privacy

Privacy information for the Enterprise Hub AI website, demo requests, analytics, and evaluation conversations.

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Scope

Enterprise Hub AI is the name used for this website and product. This Privacy Notice describes how the operator of the Enterprise Hub AI website handles information associated with the public website, demo requests, evaluation conversations, website analytics, and related prospective-customer communications. Production deployments, formal pilots, and paid services are governed separately by applicable written agreements.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

  • Name, work email, and company.
  • The workflow, decision, or action path you want to evaluate.
  • Optional role, company size, primary systems, and evaluation timeline.
  • Communications you send during follow-up or evaluation conversations.

Campaign and source information

We may collect the page from which a request is submitted, campaign attribution parameters supplied in a URL, and referring-page information. The browser may use session storage to preserve supported campaign attribution during the current browsing session.

Website and analytics information

Website and analytics information may include pages viewed, approximate location, referrer, browser, operating system, device category, timestamps, and limited interaction information such as call-to-action use, form progress or outcome category, and product-image expansion.

We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, company information, free-text form responses, request identifiers, or error-message text in website analytics events.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to demo requests and inquiries.
  • Prepare relevant product and evaluation conversations.
  • Determine whether the requested workflow may be a fit.
  • Manage prospective-customer communications.
  • Understand website usage and improve content and usability.
  • Measure whether calls to action and forms work correctly.
  • Protect the website and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use Vercel to host the website and provide Web Analytics, and Formspree to process and deliver demo requests. Demo-request and follow-up information may also be stored or managed in HubSpot, where used, and in the website operator's email systems. The website operator's email provider supports communications and follow-up. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights, security, and safety, or in connection with a financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

5. Demo and evaluation conversations

Information shared during demo or evaluation conversations may be used to understand your workflow needs and determine whether the requested workflow may be a fit. Do not submit sensitive production data, credentials, secrets, regulated data, or confidential customer records through website forms.

6. Analytics and browser storage

The website currently uses Vercel Web Analytics for page-view and website usage information. The current implementation does not use advertising or remarketing pixels. Limited custom interaction events are configured not to contain form values or directly identifying submission data.

Session storage may preserve campaign attribution during the current browsing session. Browser settings and controls may allow you to clear site storage. We will update this notice if our tracking practices materially change.

7. Data retention

We retain website inquiries, evaluation communications, attribution information, and related prospect records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship, maintain appropriate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Information may be deleted, de-identified, or retained longer when required or permitted by law.

Relevant information may remain in form-processing systems, CRM systems, email systems, and security or operational records for those purposes.

8. Individual choices

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to or a copy of information you provided, correction, deletion, or limits on its use. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect website and inquiry information. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Product deployments are separate

Customer product data, integrations, access controls, retention, support, confidentiality, and security commitments for a production deployment, formal pilot, or paid service must be governed by separate written agreements.

11. Contact

To contact the operator of the Enterprise Hub AI website about this notice or a privacy request, email hello@enterprisehubai.com or through the request demo form on this website.

12. Updates

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the revised notice on this page and updating the visible revision date.
